CONDITIONS OF HIRE   
1. If an item is not returned within a week of the due return date, the property may be reported as stolen/missiong.
2. Hire charges shall accrue from the time the equipment is hired until returned and receipted. No allowance shall be made for any period the equipment is not in use unless arrangements are made between the hirer and the company.
3. The signature of the hirer/employer, agent, sut-contractor to the order form shall be sufficient acknowledgement of the user's capacity.
4. The hirer must indemnify the owner against all items returned in dirty conditon, damaged or missing.
5. All machines are supplied full of diesel unless otherwise specified and a charge will be made where machines are not returned as such.
6. Adequate instructions in respect of the use of the items to be hired have been provided.
7. Sunday charges whall be at normal daily rates, unless otherwise agreed.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. Payment is due immediately on completion of the hire period and those with an approved account must pay within 30 days from the date of invoice
